In loving memory of Fumio Toyoda Sensei

Kotegaishi Welcome to Walworth County Aikido. We are located just north of Lake Geneva in Elkhorn Wisconsin. We are affiliated with  Sosei Aikido Kyokai , a member of Tendokan Aikido International.

Under the direction of Sensei Lionel Romanzow, a student of the late  Fumio Toyoda Shihan , Walworth County Aikido is committed to offering traditional Aikido instruction of the highest quality. Along with Aikido, we supports our own Iaido Study Group. Iaido is the practice of Japanese Swordsmanship. This group's main focuse is on Mugai Ryu Iai.

This site was created to help answer questions regarding Aikido and Mugai Ryu Iaido in this area. Please feel free to look over our site. We hope you will find something that inspires you to join one of our programs or simply helps you learn more about the arts of Aikido and Iaido. If you are unable to find what you are looking for on this site, feel free to contact  Sensei Romanzow with your request. He will try to find an answer for you as soon as possible.
